Creative Boutonnieres

Couples are coming up with creative ways to have the groom express himself with his choice of boutonnieres. There are so many different elements that can be incorporated into the boutonnieres besides flowers and greenery.

Herbs, feathers, berries, twigs, leaves, ribbon, paper, origami, felt, buttons, crochet, and shells are some great materials that can be used.

Here is a really great and creative idea.

Central Park Location - Ladies Pavilion

Ladies Pavilion is an important and charming example of 19th century American decorative arts. Architect Jacob Wrey Mould designed the ornate Victorian pavilion in 1871 as a shelter for trolley passengers. It originally stood near the Park's Central Park West and 59th Street entrance. When construction began on the Maine Monument in 1912, the pavilion was relocated inside the Park.

In order to get married in Central Park you do not need a permit, unless you have over 20 people in your party.  I always suggest getting a permit for Ladies Pavilion because it is so popular, even if you have under 20 guest.  The permit is $25.  For more information on Central Park locations, ceremony information and our wedding officiant services please call us at 347-268-1331 or go to our website www.officiantnyc.com
